Can my club stay on Free?
Yes. Free includes 5 active athletes, 1 additional coach and 1 unfinished club tournament, including drafts. It is not a time-limited trial.
Which features are included?
All club features are included in every plan, including Free. Plans differ in capacity and shared usage quotas. Staff permissions still depend on their club roles.
How is coach capacity counted?
Coaches and other team members share this capacity. Each person counts once, even with multiple roles. Pending team invitations also reserve a place.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed for a full year. The monthly equivalent is shown for comparison; the annual total is the amount charged. Monthly usage quotas renew each calendar month in UTC.
How do usage limits work?
AI responses, image analyses and automatic notifications use monthly quotas shared by the club. These renew at the start of each calendar month in UTC. Storage is a separate capacity limit.
How many athletes can my club have?
Each plan has a capacity for active athletes. The plan cards and comparison table show the limits so you can choose the right size for your club.
Which tournaments count toward the limit?
Unfinished club tournaments, including drafts, count toward the limit. Free allows one; paid plans allow unlimited unfinished tournaments. Other usage quotas still apply.
Can we use the same account on different devices?
You can access Pro Archery Club on the web, iPhone and Android with the same account. Access to club features follows your role and permissions.
How do I start a new club?
Create an account, enter your club name and start with a Free club on Home. Existing athlete accounts, club invitations and guest access remain available.
When should I request a custom plan?
Contact us if your club needs more than 200 athletes or 10 additional coaches. We can discuss the capacity your club needs.
